How the VIP program works

VIP Levels
Your VIP level is determined by the total value of paid orders over the last 12 months on a single customer account. As soon as you exceed the threshold of a level, the benefits activate automatically (usually within 24 hours).

Credits
Credits are a loyalty bonus. They are added automatically after meeting the program conditions and you can use them as a discount on your next purchase. You will always see the current balance of your credits in your customer account.
Allocation
- 1 credit = 4,09 € (value used for the calculation of credits)
- Credits are awarded on paid orders placed from a logged-in account.
- In case of cancellation or return, the corresponding part of credits may be deducted.
Usage
- 1 credit = 0,10 € of discount
- You can apply credits in the cart before placing the order (if available).
- Credits cannot be exchanged for money nor transferred to another account.
VIP Program rules and conditions
Rules in brief
- Reference period : the last 12 months (rolling period), unless stated otherwise.
- Are taken into account : paid and completed orders placed from a logged-in account.
- Are not taken into account : shipping, fees and explicitly excluded items (e.g. gift cards).
- Combining discounts : the VIP discount generally cannot be combined with certain coupons/promotions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Single account : benefits are linked to a specific customer account.
FAQ
Do I need an account?
Yes. VIP benefits are linked to a customer account so that the level can be evaluated correctly, credits can be awarded and the discount is applied automatically in the cart. Purchases without login are not taken into account in the VIP program.
When will my VIP level be activated?
As soon as the total of paid orders over the reference period exceeds the threshold of a level, the system activates it automatically (usually within 24 hours). You can see your current level in your account.
When are credits awarded and where can I see them?
Credits are awarded automatically once the order is paid and completed. You can see your balance in your customer account and, when using them, also in the cart.
Can I combine the VIP discount with a coupon or a promotion?
It depends on the promotion concerned. In general, the VIP discount cannot be combined with certain coupons or items already on promotion, unless stated otherwise. You will always see the final price in the cart.
What happens if I return items or cancel an order?
In this case, the corresponding part of the purchase may not be taken into account in the VIP turnover and credits may be deducted so that only completed orders are reflected.
What should I do if my VIP level or my credits do not match?
Contact us via the form and provide the account e-mail + order numbers. We will check the history and correct it.
