When will I receive my order?

If you order between Sunday and Thursday, you will usually receive the package within 24 hours.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free for orders over 1490 CZK.

How can I pay for my order?

Payment is possible only by cash on delivery upon receipt of the parcel.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, once the package is picked up by Zásilkovna, a tracking number will be sent to you automatically via email or SMS.

Do you include a gift with the order?

Yes, for every order over 1990 CZK, we include a small gift as a thank you.

Discreet Packaging
Is the packaging really discreet?

Yes, all packages are wrapped discreetly. We do not use any branding or product names on the packaging.

What appears on the envelope?

The shipment includes only the customer's name and order number. The sender is not identified as HHC-Store.cz.

What materials do you use for packaging?

Packages are sent in standard envelopes or neutral boxes – without logos or descriptions.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, but you must contact us no later than 2 hours after placing the order. We dispatch parcels very quickly – often the same day.

What if my order has already shipped?

In that case, the order cannot be changed. You may refuse the delivery – once returned, we will contact you regarding next steps.
