Returns within 14 Days (Right of Withdrawal)

At a glance As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Send your withdrawal notice within the period and return the goods within the next 14 days.

2. Period and how it’s calculated

14 days from the day you receive the goods (for multiple items, from receipt of the last delivery).
To meet the deadline, simply send your notice before it expires (e-mail/post).

3. How to withdraw – step by step

Send your notice of withdrawal to info@hhc-store.cz or by post; include order number, date and items returned.
You may use our withdrawal form (annex to the Terms) – optional.
Return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days after your notice.
Include your order number; original packaging is recommended (not mandatory).

4. Condition of goods & value reduction

You may inspect the goods as in a store. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary; we may deduct it from the refund.

5. Who pays for return shipping?

Return costs are borne by the consumer unless agreed otherwise. We also refund the original delivery cost up to the cheapest offered method.

6. Refund timing

We refund all payments within 14 days of a valid withdrawal, using the same payment method (unless agreed otherwise).
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch.

7. Exceptions

No withdrawal right in particular for:

custom-made or personalized goods,
perishable goods or goods inseparably mixed with others,
sealed goods opened after delivery for health or hygiene reasons,
audio/video recordings and software with a broken seal,
newspapers and magazines,
digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance started with your consent before expiry.

8. Business vs. consumer purchases

The 14-day right applies to consumers. For business purchases (with VAT/Company ID) it does not apply, unless expressly agreed.
