How the VIP program works

- Your VIP level is evaluated continuously and renews every 12 months
VIP Levels
Your VIP level is determined by the total value of paid orders over the last 12 months on a single customer account. As soon as you exceed a level threshold, the benefits are activated automatically (usually within 24 hours).

Credits
Credits are a loyalty bonus. They are added automatically after meeting the program conditions and can be used as a discount on your next purchase. You will always see your current credit balance in your customer account.
Allocation
- 1 credit = €4.09 (value used for credit calculation)
- Credits are awarded for paid orders placed from a logged-in account.
- In case of cancellation or return, the corresponding portion of credits may be deducted.
Usage
- 1 credit = €0.10 discount
- You can apply credits in the cart before placing the order (if available).
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

Rules at a glance
- Reference period: the last 12 months (rolling period), unless stated otherwise.

- Not counted: shipping, fees, and explicitly excluded items (e.g. gift cards).

- Single account: benefits are linked to one specific customer account.
FAQ
Do I need an account?
Yes. VIP benefits are linked to a customer account so that the level can be evaluated correctly, credits can be assigned, and discounts applied automatically in the cart. Purchases made without logging in are not counted in the VIP program.
When will my VIP level be activated?
As soon as the total of paid orders within the reference period exceeds a level threshold, the system activates it automatically (usually within 24 hours). You can see your current level in your account.
When are credits awarded and where can I see them?
Credits are awarded automatically once the order is paid and completed. You can see your balance in your customer account and, when using them, also in the cart.
Can I combine the VIP discount with a coupon or promotion?
It depends on the promotion. In general, the VIP discount cannot be combined with certain coupons or already discounted items unless stated otherwise. You will always see the final price in the cart.
What happens if I return items or cancel an order?
In this case, the corresponding portion of the purchase may not be counted toward the VIP total, and credits may be deducted to reflect only completed orders.
What should I do if my VIP level or credits do not match?
Contact us via the form and provide the account email and order numbers. We will verify the history and correct it.
